Friendly and diverse staff; from different countries in the world. You learn about cultures and traditions. Great place to work and get experience for the healthcare industry because you get to learn about dealing with patients, providers, families, insurance, and staff (Nurses, PT, OT, Therapists, Admin)! Also located in a great spot so you have access to transportation and different businesses. Overall great environment and staff.

I work in HR and I found this company a perfect match for me. After working at huge companies where you never get to know upper management it’s nice to see them in the office daily and available to help if you need it. The Adminstrator is very knowledgeable and always there to help.

I heard about this company from my friend who currently works there for a few years already as a HHA and I came to see what all the hype was about. I loved it! The staff was very friendly and caring, and I felt like I was welcomed very warmly. The administrator and coordinator were both very lovely to speak with. I completed the employment application and the HR girls were very helpful whilst I did so. I was assigned to a patient- I am starting tomorrow and I am so excited!

I started working here a little under a year. It has been a learning experience. Best part of it all is that the upper management ALL have an open door policy. Its a great feeling when you have the freedom to approach any one of them and they are always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have shown me that it's our priority to provide the best service we can for all our patients.

Very competitive rates paid with options for healthcare coverage, vacation and sick time. 24 hour on call for client needs. Hires HHA's CNA's RN's LPN's and Therapies for all ages in the home. Training available for most postions. All Nursing and Management reachable and helpful.

I am a mother of a special needs child, who also works for the agency, as community liaison. I have two nursing agencies for my son to ensure coverage. I will say in the past two weeks; I have sent more shifts to be filled by Better Home Care. I have two nurses through the agency that are amazing one which is a Male; which is very new to me as well as my family we normally prefer female nurses simply due to comfortably. That being said my son is growing and we figured we would give it a shot. I am very pleased with the outcome so far. I am still treated as any other consumer that is looking for care for there loved one and that, I love because I never feel like my child’s care or job is on the line, both are separated and I am respected on any input when asked my opinion on certain matters because I am on both ends. No agency is going to be perfect But from the owners down to the schedulers everyone’s Goal is provide Quality and Reliable Care, and I can say that this is what Better Home Care Strives to do.
