Twice surprised. I never really considered the brand before. But compared to others in the class . . . way better and a better buy. The store itself - super friendly, comfortable, you deal with the managers who are not out to pick your pocket. Service is quick and efficient, and you can drive - no dealing with weather. Lounge is comfortable enough. Since Land Rover moved into this location (formerly just Jaguar), it's nothing but big improvements all the way - more space, easier service booking, more vehicle variety in stock and on the lot. BUT THE BEST THING . . . the store greeter Cooper. He'll play catch with you all day long if you have time

While traveling for the holidays, my 09 RRS SC with 108k miles got stuck in reverse. I could not shift gears at all. The dash said the truck was in reverse (reverse lights were on) yet the shifter was in park. My Foxwell NT520 scanned the system & showed multiple faults (PCM, RCM, PBM, RLM, SASM, etc.) I couldn’t get the key out of the ignition & had it towed to this dealership. To my surprise, the service was prompt & had my truck repaired within a week. I’m very pleased with the staff & would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! Note: For anyone who may have similar issues, it was the Shifter Linkage ($480)!

Not only are the service personnel thouough, but they ask if you want items scheduled to be checked or replaced in the event it was an oversight by you. Often the service manager speaks to you upon leaving to make sure you understoon everything that was done to your car. I move from Philadelphia after living there for six years to Camelback Mt. 2 to sometime 2 1/2 hours away one way. I still go the Land Rover Cherry Hill for work to be done to my RR knowing I'm treated and billed fairly. Relationships count with me and they have earned my trust, especially Eric.

I highly recommend LRCH. The purchase of my Discovery Sport was handled professionally by Erik. However, I was extremely impressed with the service dept. I had some minor issues after the delivery if my vehicle. I contacted the service dept and requested an appointment to have my issues addressed. They came to my home (over 50 miles away) picked up my car and left a loaner for my use. The Next morning my vehicle was dropped off at my door with all my issues addressed. Great job LRCH!

So we were on the hunt for a new car. We visited Audi, Volvo, Mercedes and Land Rover. Before each visit, we researched on Yelp who the best sales person was at each dealer. I read the reviews below and realized that Teri Chew's name came up often and always in a positive light. Thus, we booked with Teri Chew. That was exactly one week ago. Today we picked up our new 2018 Range Rover Velar from Teri and team. I can honestly say that although all the dealers were professional and friendly for the most part, Teri was by far the best. She is sincere, warm, down to earth and fun. We had a set budget and she worked with us to get us where we needed to be. She was super friendly and we enjoyed talking with and spending time with her -- actually, we spent 1hr or less at the other dealers and with Teri we looked at our watches and realized we had been there for 3.5hrs! Throughout the entire week as we were doing all the admin for the deal, she made herself available to us at all hours of the day (even on her days off which happened to be her bday) ensuring clear and efficient communication. We were also trading in a car and there were some complications with the title and registration but Teri fixed everything so we wouldn't have to waste our time at the DMV. Lastly and probably my favorite moment, was when Teri (who is beautiful woman) is unexpectedly outside with a power tool getting our old license off our trade in car for us... I could have sworn that she would have some guy from the dealership/maintenance team do it but no, she took care of it herself.... just another example of her motivation, drive and willingness to get any job done. The Land Rover motto is Above and Beyond and Teri is the human embodiment of that. We are already talking about our next car and cannot wait to work with Teri again -- she's just THAT good. If you want the best, go to Teri. In addition to Teri, I have to also applaud the dealership on the following: Land Rover Cherry Hill was the ONLY one of the four dealerships that allowed us to go on a test drive alone without a sales rep riding with us. Also, LRCH is the only dealer whose GM sent us an email a day after being there to ask how our experience was and if there was anything they could do to improve. #impressed. The only thing I would say is an area of improvement for LRCH is the inside of the dealership -- it needs an update but honestly, the human factors of the entire experience outweigh even the slightest demerits in aesthetics. We could not be happier with LRCH. Thank you!

I was in the market for a new (or somewhat new) vehicle to replace my beloved Audi Q7. After I decided on a RR Sport, I started my search in North Jersey/NYC/Long Island, and was continually lowballed for my trade. I understand that everyone is in business to make money, but 5-10K below proper value is nuts. I found a very nice, CPO sport on Car Gurus and after a few emails with my sales rep, Greg Naude, I made the trip down to Cherry Hill. Greg was awesome and we test drove a SVR, which is amazingly obnoxious. It was just too loud and uncomfortable with the sport seats, so we took out a supercharged V8 and I was hooked. The purchasing process was so fast and enjoyable that I was floored it was all over within the hour. The next weekend I came back down and picked up the vehicle (after a sad goodbye to my Audi, of course). Greg took the time to go through every option and feature in the car and that was it. If service builds sales, then LR Cherry Hill would win every time. Such a great experience and awesome staff. Will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from these guys.

I leased my Land Rover Discovery last February and I have been very impressed with the entire team at LR CH. everyone is very kind and helpful, and they make an amazing effort to keep their customers happy and engaged when it comes to the quarterly events such as the clay shooting event. Pierre is a gentleman and awesome to talk to also. Having said that, I must say that I was very disappointed with the salesmanship tactics that the serviceman used on me when I came in to get my vehicle serviced this past December. He spoke extremely fast, did not explain my options to me in a clear manner, and was ready to charge me $450 automatically signing me up for all Servicing options without any explanation. If I didn’t challenge him and persist, I would’ve allowed him to coax me into paying for everything, most of which I didn’t want or feel was needed for my first annual service.

This was my first experience with Land Rover CH and I have to say it was very pleasant and easy. My Discovery needed service, so I made an appointment to take it in. The great service started there, the receptionist was helpful and nice, making it easy to schedule a time suitable for me. At drop off, Chris from service, was ready for me and after a few minutes of paperwork I was on my way with a loaner. He kept in touch about what needed to be done and the next day picking up my car was just as fast and easy as dropping it off.

So you may ask yourself, why did I get a new car nearly 30 hours and 2,000 miles away? Teri Chew, that's why. She's an absolute rock star and by far the best sales person I've ever encountered! Seriously, she should be cloned...every dealership should have a Teri Chew. My gal hooked me up with yet another awesome car and I was primed and ready! Although since it was coming all the way from NJ she insisted that I test drive one to be certain I absolutely-positively love-loved the car. So drove almost six hours (round trip) to my nearest Land Rover dealership in Glenwood Springs, CO. Teri arranged the whole thing...hooked us up with Kyle (who btw was awesome) and boom! Once I drove it, it was a done deal! All in all, Teri gave me an ah-mazing deal, paid for the transportation and...wait for it...when the car was delivered there was a sweet little Land Rover Teddy Bear clutching the steering wheel! Not only that she was thoughtful enough to give me gold key fobs because she knows how much I love gold and my hubby and I always got our silver keys confused. Need I say more?

I have been serviced by Land Rover Cherry Hill more than 1 year. It's nice to have services there. They are all expert and helpful. One time, I came there late almost 5pm, Chris still helped me to check the car. And they always explain what happened to your cars after the service, and giving some helpful advise.it's unlike some auto shop always want you replace new tires or parts. They always check the whole vehicle to ensure the safety for every service check. And it's very close to the shopping centre, I always go there to shop during my waiting time. It's nice. Overall, I recommend to have service there.

Land Rover of Cherry Hill did a nice job at my last service. They figured out the cause of the problem, explained it to me, then rectified the problem in one day as promised. They "said what they were going to do, then did what they said!" I was very satisfied!

I have had my LR4 for 3 years now and couldn't be happier- my salesman has ALWAYS remembered my name- he was great! I just got through taking my Land Rover in for yearly maintenance and I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He is attentive, answers all of my stupid questions with a smile and he made sure I understood everything. (I am not the most mechanically inclined)

When I Purchased my new Range Rover last year I did not trade in my old one. It is 2006 with 183,000 miles on it. It has been such a reliable car and I loved driving it. I keep it around the house for those time when we need an extra car. Since it's not driven much, I decided to take it to Land Rover of Cherry Hill to check the battery. I decided to replace the battery and windshield wipers. While I was in there I was advised that they had a service update available for the brake lines. I said the car is 10 years old and 183,000 miles on it... It cant have any warranty available ? Brad said Yes... When I returned for that service, they did the service at no charge... and washed the car. That's why this is my forth Range Rover. I highly recommend Land Rover of Cherry Hill NJ. Sales, service and management are the best !

Brad has been my regular sales guide (I think that's the term Land Rover uses) for several years now. He is knowledgeable and friendly and very responsive. Unlike many shoppers I don't necessarily have a specific model or color in mind when I show up at the dealership so Brad walks me through the pros and cons of various options and I always appreciate his candor and insight. After looking at all of my options I ended up buying a new Range Rover. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and Pierre runs a great store. As others have noted the service department is excellent as well. I am happy to be a repeat customer and I refer many friends and family to LR Cherry Hill.

Shopped for CPO at Mainline and Westchester before finally making it to Cherry Hill. What a difference there was in terms of the buying experience. Both Mainline and Westchester seemed to be bothered that I stopped in without an appointment and couldn't be bothered to even open the car up that I came to see. I found the model I was looking for at Cherry Hill, called Brad and asked if could come view the vehicle after work. When I arrived the vehicle was parked right in front, running, and cooled ready for a test drive. We struck a deal and had paperwork done in no time. Painless. Even came back to me after the deal and said the found financing at a lower rate. Great buying experience. Brad is a Rover nut like me, he's been around them his whole life and is passionate about the brand. The authenticity came right through. As far as the vehicle I purchased, it was in gorgeous condition and 3 weeks in I'm still loving this vehicle (a 2012 Range Rover SC).

I have been using Cherry Hill Land Rover repair for 5 yrs on my Range Rover HSE and would never dream of using anyone else! The car was delivered as a surprise for my 50th bday with a giant red bow!!! Steve, the manager goes above aand beyond to take care of me. He takes the time to get to know you even remembering after 5 yrs that i have a dog car when seeing the registration in RR glove box. Whatever the issue it has been resolved with curtesy, understanding and excellence. I drive 45 mins and could go 10 to Princeton but why would i when my car is repared by such fantastic people. Even got the Maserati treatment a few years back! Great people! Great service! Why go anywhere else !!!

My review focuses on the service department. Have visited the service department multiple times for either regular maintenance, parts install or just basic questions about my 2003 Range Rover HSE. Every visit has been a top flight experience. Chris and Eric (service reps), are knowledgeable and courteous; always inform me of the vehicle's needs and recommendations for areas which should be addressed during my next visit. They both take time to provide overview of the work Cherry Hill Land Rover will perform and provide updates during the course of the work. My vehicle is always available at the designated time for pick up and returned to me cleaner than I left it. Additionally, there's nothing like being greeted at the entrance by a really friendly dog! On a separate note, if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, I recommend speaking with Jean Hall. She sold me my Jaguar while working at Cherry Hill Classic, and is one of the most courteous and knowledgeable sales representatives, I have has the pleasure of purchasing a vehicles from.

All in All it was a good overall experience in Cherry Hill LR for my recent purchase of Range Rover Sport HSE Td6; Nicole, my sales person was knowledgeable and answered all queries related to sales and vehicle. She was courteous and took the hassle out of buying experience. Given the luxury brand, I would have preferred that, LR/RR would keep the buyer updated on status when one orders a customized vehicle. It is not a good feeling when one is left wondering about current status of order and timelines of delivery, especially when you are excited to get your hands on your toy ASAP; a weekly/bi-weekly email or something is a good gesture, just advise where do we stand with order, keep your customer posted pro-actively. It builds that trust as well as makes the client feel happy that someone else cares too. LR Cherry Hill needs to work on communication with client and hence my 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought a new 2016 Range Rover in November, I had a great experience working with Brad. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Since November I've a had a few minor issues with the car, LR Cherry Hill was quick to act to resolve the issue. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership, great cars and great people.

I am on my third Land Rover from this location; just picked up a new car before Xmas. Pierre (manager) is fantastic. His entire sales team is great. The Service Department is one of the best in the area. Eric and Chris will be honest and up front with you regarding maintenance and repairs - and they answer all my panicked calls and fit me in whenever I have an emergency. The dealership location is a little small - they should look to expand to a bigger location so that they can increase their inventory - but if you keep in touch with a salesperson and work with them - they will give you the personal attention you need to find your perfect vehicle. Ask for Nicole or Brad. The dealership is always busy - so be patient and someone always gets back to you. Everyone is also very responsive to their emails. Can't give enough compliments to this location.

Within minutes they took my car into service area I waited about 20 minutes they told me I need a new battery they had it in stock and its FREE under warranty. Then to top it off they washed my car. I started doing business with Land Rover of Cherry Hill back when the LR3 was first introduced. Since then, I have purchased 3 additional vehicles from them. The last one was a 2012 Range Rover SC. My overall experience with the dealership has been excellent. On one occasion we were traveling out of town and I had an issue with one of the valves on one of the tires. It was a Saturday and I stopped by the dealership just to see if someone could look at the problem. Even though the service department was closed, Pierre the manager was working and had determined that the valve was bad. He put my car on the rack and replaced the valve himself, knowing that we would be traveling for a few weeks. This went a long way in my book in showing true customer support!

Had the best experience this week with Land Rover in Cherry Hill. Teri Chew helped me through the process which she made incredibly easy. I came in to test drive a vehicle which was not the color option I was looking for. The following business day she had located the vehicle I was looking for and had it locally with three days. To streamline the process Teri made sure everything was prepared for me before I arrived on pickup day. Unfortunately she couldn't not be present at the time I was coming in but Brad and Jeanie were just as helpful, made sure I didn't wait and got me through all my paperwork. The best experience I ever had buying a car. My Salesperson Teri was available via cell/text msg throughout the process. As promised my car was ready , shiny, beautiful and gassed up for me when I got there. Paperwork was complete and only took 10 minutes! I have sent three of my friends and family in for cars and they had the same experience. I will never buy a car the old fashioned way again. Sitting for hours haggling and waiting for my car to be cleaned. Teri even had a giant Bow on the hood for my sisters car when she picked it up.Hard to believe all these bad reviews when I love this place and Teri is THE best!

Purchased a used 2008 LR3 from a NY dealer for winter commutes and errands. Took it into Land Rover Cherry Hill for a 60K check up and suspension issues. Was a bit nervous about the treatment/attention an older Land Rover would get from a Land Rover dealership. However, service team was very nice and they did a great job. Runs like a completely new SUV. Wow! Really appreciate the team's work, the Service Manager's communication with me through the process, etc.
