I had an amazing experience at the City Laser Clinic! Not only did I get in for a same day appointment for IPL therapy, but the ladies in the clinic helped me at every step of the way. I had a little trouble finding the location because it's tucked away on Maiden Lane, so I called the clinic and they gave me step by step directions to find their business. When I got to the clinic, I noticed that all of the employees were wearing masks and following social distancing protocol-- which was very comforting. The actual IPL treatment was almost painless, and everyone at the clinic made sure to explain the procedure very thoroughly before they started. I suffer from rosacea (redness, and painful flushing) so I was very pleased with the services that the clinic offered. Everyone was so professional and kind, and the facility was wonderfully clean and organized. I would recommend this business to everyone !! I'm definitely going to be a returning customer:)

I was blown away by the kindness and care shown by the employees at City Laser Clinic! I came in a bit nervous and full of questions as I had heard horror stories about both price and pain of laser hair removal. This was my first time getting any kind of treatment done so I was just a little nervous. I was referred to City Laser Clinic by my girlfriend who had nothing but great things to say about them. Upon entering the office I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff with smiles and warm welcomings, which instantly put me at ease. Iryna was extremely sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed and assured me everything would be fine. I came for some Botox, but since it was my first time I didn’t really know anything. Rena (the doctor) was amazing! Not only did she make me feel at ease, She guided me in the right direction and suggested the areas and the amount that would be right for what I needed. The clinic is always clean and is literally 5 mins away from Powell Station. I never had a problem scheduling appointments - they are open Monday - Saturday and now two Sundays a month. I am so happy that I found this place, because it's a place where I can do laser hair removal as well as I buy all my skin care products. All of the practitioners are very knowledgeable in skin care, and don't push you to buy too many products. I moved to SF, and it was not easy to find a place, where you can get great service for a reasonable price. Being a health professional myself, I think it is very important to stay up to date with the new tecniques and developments. I had Clear and brilliant done few weeks ago . It calls” baby fraxel”, but it is not that invasive. It is a gentle resurfacing of the skin and it also stimulates collagen. The downtime is about one week. It is very important to follow aftercare instruction. My face feels amazing. Skin feels much smoother and clearer. I really enjoy the result.

I'm not going to give away details of the services I get here but the business is as the name suggests "skin and laser" and the wonderful and beautiful staff are the best in the industry and make you feel like your looks and how you go away feeling are as important to them as it is to you. During your time here you will be relaxed and comfortable and pampered. There is always a cool glass of wine, bottled water and delicious toasted almonds and dried fruit to enjoy during your treatments too. The decor is exquisite soothing and extremely comfortable. I went for consultation with NP, Daniella, who was really great explaining everything about the procedure and I felt very comfortable to receive IPL treatment. My treatment was done by Suzy, who was also great. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Procedure definitely required numbing cream, so plan to come in earlier for numbing or glass of wine ;). My skin looks really clear after the treatment and it definitely shrunk my pores. I will defiantly go back for maintains.

Im getting my lip and chin with marina and shes great she always listens to you till she leaves you smiling out of the room, and hold conversation with you, making your visit as pleasant as possible in disregard the painful laser haha .i recommend her if your planning on going to city skin.
