I have looked around for many companies to design this award for the Women's Basketball Association and I have been unsuccessful in finding one until we came across Edco. I am so thankful to the lord for them, for the quaility and time they put into this award which we will be giving out to the top 3 high school girl basketball players in many states here in the United States. Perfect! I ordered an award acrylic, and was leery because I had never done anything like it before. I randomly picked EDCO off my Google search. Their products and prices looked reasonable relative to other websites, so I ordered online. Within a day I heard from Stella who was extremely friendly, and helped make a few design changes. The communication throughout the process was fantastic. The award arrived today, just about a week after I ordered it (I was in no rush), and it looks great! NEW Nancy was great to work with and helped me all the way. Delivery was fast. They did short me some of the plaque covers but Nancy was very helpful to fix the problem and I had them to me the next day. I would use this company again.

NEW Great customer service. I had very little time to decide on an award and get it delivered. I called and spoke with Kim and she was excellent. She walked me through the entire process and clearly explained my options. Within 24 hours she provided a proof for me to approve . The award was then produced and shipped within 48 hours.
