Parts of our property might be altogether unusable if not for Greg King and his team at GAK & Co. On multiple occasions GAK has treated for different types of pests which—unlike when I spray myself using store-bought pesticides—always magically fixes the pest problem right away. I know better by now and just call Greg the first time. On top of that, he never charges a penny until he's able to assess the problem personally and ensure it's resolved to our satisfaction. We had a yellow jacket problem behind our garage and in an opening on the outside of our house. The work was done quickly, by that evening I didn't see any signs of the yellow jackets at either location.

We found ourselves in an emergency situation, when the wasps and yellow jackets just invaded our bathroom on a Wednesday early evening.
