Really enjoyed the afternoon we spent at Havana for my niece's shower. We had great service from a kind and welcoming staff and all the food was delicious--from the plaintains to the guacomole to the cuban panini!! Havana provided us a great space for the event with plenty of room to move from the table where we were seated for lunch to a separate sitting area to open gifts. The staff was attentive to our every need. It was a great event. The only challenge is that Havana is located in the most unwelcoming town of New Hope where parking is difficult and nothing is marked to indicate when the 'nonmetered' parking is enforced (there are no meters and no signs) or where you go to pay for parking. I got a ticket while trying to get the kiosk to accept payment for the 7 hours I was trying to make payment for. Too bad the town of New Hope (which I will avoid despite my great experience at Havana) isn't as gracious and welcoming as the staff at Havana!

The food was amazing the drinks were amazing and our server was so nice, we took all of her recommendations and they were great!!

This place was exquisite. The crab mac and cheese was the best I've ever had in my life. Food all around was great. Service great. Recommend highly

Five stars simply for the fact that Christian P was one of the best servers I've ever had and I'm picky. Extremely prompt (in the best way) and super professional.

Customer service at Havana is over the top! This is an extremely well managed restaurant and night club. From obtaining tickets to comfortable seating to outstanding wait service, our experience could not have been better!

Another pilgrimage to New Hope, PA and another W for #squad (which is basically my girl, myself, and I). This time around we visited Havana. This was my first time here, but it's hard to miss with its prime real estate sitting right in the middle of Main St. The entrance is actually a Caribbean style outdoor half covered half uncovered patio dinning area. We went inside to get seated but ultimately ended up opting for the covered patio area, mainly because of the live Bluegrass jam band performing (sorry just not my forte). We were immediately seated and I dove head first into the menu We went with the chicken & vegetable dumplings as an appetizer, and shared an order of BBQ pork and blackened fish tacos for our entrée. The dumplings were okkkkk...... I guess. They were fried, and honestly, seemed as if they were brought in and not made in-house. I could be wrong they were just not any better or worse than your typical bar app so no harm no foul. Moving right along though to the entrees! The blackened fish tacos were actually perfectly executed to my liking. The spicy fish, cool chipotle creme sauce, crunchy cole slaw, sweet mango salsa and soft tortilla all played in my mouth like Childish Gambino's-Redbone.... Stay Woke!!!! The pork tacos were very similar in textural harmony and flavor profile. Sweet & spicy chipotle BBQ sauce took center stage on these tacos though leaving second billing to the mango salsa and the pillowy soft tortilla on clean up duty. Overall there wasn't too much of anything to put in the negative column, my own personal musical taste aside, I would say we had a great dining experience definitely worth revisiting. We just celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Havana and our guests and I simply cannot say enough good things. For starters the planner I worked with, Jen M. was absolutely FABULOUS in every way. She was attentive, responsive to any email or text message I sent her and made herself available for various times I stopped in along the way. The professionalism of the staff who attended to the party was without measure. From helping to set up and take down the decorations to ensuring no one's glass was every empty and tactfully packing up the food and decorations so we didn't feel like we were being rushed out....it was all handled so well. Lastly the presentation of the event space, the food and even more importantly that the food was hot, fresh and delicious made the whole evening just perfect. Thanks again to all at Havana and we will be back soon!

Loved the atmosphere! Perfect night out with my old friends from high school. Good crowd, good prices, and great music.Will definitely be coming back!

We visit New Hope about once a year so we chose our eating establishments very carefully. Havana seemed to fit the bill nicely this time. It was about 1:30 when we decided to eat and the place was relatively busy. A definite plus. Maury was our server and he greeted us warmly. We ordered beverages and decided on what to eat. My wife ordered a wrap with apple wood smoked bacon and shrimp. I had the portabella sandwich. We also ordered the seafood cerviche as an appetizer. The appetizer arrived quickly and the flavors were excellent! We each received our share of vegetables and seafood on fresh tortilla chips. It was served in a martini glass for wonderful effect. My sandwich came topped with Brie, tomato and onion. I literally could not put the whole thing in my mouth so I decided to eat it open face. It was awesome! My wife thoroughly enjoyed her wrap and even took home the portion she didn't finish. I have to also give kudos to Maury. He was friendly without being pushy or nosey. He told us a little about himself which was actually pretty interesting. We would absolutely return to this great restaurant.

If you can get passed the long wait, high priced food, due to the fact that it is located in the heart of a major tourist area, the quality of food and service and fun atmosphere make Havana in New Hope a must visit spot! The people who work there are always willing to got the extra step to make your experience a memorable one. The food is exquisite and there is always a new dish to try. 4 star rating from me for Havana in New Hope, PA
