2 days ago Dr. Matarazzo did my first set of veneers, almost THIRTY years ago. They were beautiful and I had no problems with them all those years. It was finally time for an upgrade, styles change. I live near many 'best of' cosmetic dentists. However, I made the longer drive, gladly, to have him replace these veneers. I love my new veneers!!!! He's simply the best!

Friendly, clean, and thorough. They've taken extreme precaution to ensure visiting in the time of COVID-19 safe for both the patients and employees. Air purifiers were located throughout, temperature and blood oxygen levels were taken, and PPE was used by all staff.

Excellent practice where the dentists and the entire staff honestly care about their patients.

Dr Frank is an artist around oral surgery. His tenderness and pain free approach to operating on my jaw and infected teeth have been a pleasant experience. He has never hurt me through tough surgical approaches to jaw infections as 2nd extractions. I'm 68 years old and through all my years there has never been a better or more professional oral surgeon, Dentist and care giver. You will be very impressed with his care and his team.

Outstanding is just one of the words that come to mind after my visit to Matarazzo office. The staff are great and I had the most professional cleaning of my 68 years of going to dentist. And the plan to keep my teeth in great shape as I turn 69 yrs old, really impressed me. You cannot mind the drive to the Navy Yard when the office and attention are at this level of excellence.

Only my first visit, but I highly recommend this office so far. Making an appointment was very easy and I didn’t have to wait weeks for an opening. Everyone was very polite and explained everything they were doing. Didn’t feel like I was being pressured into doing anything like I have felt at other dentist offices. The location is also very convenient since I work at the Navy Yard.

I work in the Navy Yard at RevZilla and many of my co-workers go here. All I kept hearing was how great this dentist facility was but I finally was able to come in and see for myself: the hype is real! Clean, state-of-the-art equipment. Friendly staff. Dentists that truly know their stuff. The only downside was that parking was hard to come by, but maybe I just didn’t see if there was a lot to park in (the one across the street is for the Bar Amis patrons only). Luckily, I ride a motorcycle so I was able to squeeze into a spot with another car. I had not been to a dentist in 3-ish years (give or take a year or three). After just one visit here, I know I will not be putting off my annual cleanings going forward. FIVE STARS!!!

They explain everything thoroughly to give you as much information possible, and have the technology to actually show you what they're talking about. Great office atmosphere & everyone was very welcoming and friendly! My dental hygienist, Bethany, was awesome, and was so informative. I actually learned a few things that I had never learned from my previous dentists! Dr. Milici was great as well! I will look forward to my next appointment!

I have been seeing Dr. Matarazzo for over 35 years. Let me start out by saying I have always had a phobia about dentists, never liked them or trusted them. . Back in the 1970's I was experiencing headaches, neck pain and heavy grinding of my teeth at night. After seeing a few dentists, who could not help me, I saw Dr. Matarazzo and he immediately knew my problem..tmj. He took such good care of me. He was so kind, intelligent and attentive. Before any procedure he always explains to me what he is going to do. I told him about my phobia with dentists, he was very understanding, and he really went out of his way to make me feel more relaxed. I have been with Dr. Matarazzo since he started out on Walnut St. in Philadelphia, he then moved to Broad Street for many years and now has a beautiful office in the Navy Yard with his wife Dr. Anita Milici who is just as kind, intelligent and understanding as her husband. I have been going to Dr Matarazzo for over 30 years . I live 2 hours away now but I would not go anywhere else. I was in a car accident and my implants broke that Dr Matt has already done. What a wonderful job he did my teeth look beautiful again. Someone always answers on the emergency line and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The new office is in the navy yard no more driving around south philly looking for a parking spot too. The office is great the people working there are great. I needed this type of dental work badly but could not find a dentist I felt comfortable with. I happened to be surfing the TV and came upon an interview that Dr. Milici was doing. I was watching TV late one night and came across an infomercial about the treatment of Periodontal disease via Laser. I was in need of such services and was struck by the Dentist, Dr. Milici. She was personable, well informed and engaging. So I made an appointment, it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the front office staff to the professional staff they are excellent at what they do and are caring and attentive. Along the way I had the opportunity to have dealings with Dr. Matarazzo, the husband and partner of Dr M as I like to refer to her. He too was very nice and quite capable. The office is state of the art and because it is at the Naval Base parking is free and access is a breeze.
