My husband and I had a wonderful experience at ONE, from our intitial consultation to learning we were expecting twins. -Dr. Akinsooto is patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. At each stage in the process, he gave us the facts about our situation and his professional recommendations, but didn't push us to make one decision or another. He answered all our questions and was never dismissive. -The staff are excellent and all seem to genuinely care about and take pride in their work. Infertility is not easy, and the medical procedures take their toll emotionally and physically, but all staff from reception, the bloodwork and ultrasound technicians, lab staff and the nursing team were kind and understanding. -The nurses called back very promptly whenever we left messages with questions. -We were successful with IVF during our second try. Even after they confirmed our pregnancy and were ready to discharge us, the nursing staff and Dr Akinsooto still treated me when I had severe morning sickness until I was able to get an appointment with an OB, which they arranged. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with fertility issues.

They always took the time to explain each step to us, as well as answer any question we had. Even if I called in, I always received a call back the same or next day. Dr. Akinsooto explained all of our options to us at our first meeting, and we felt very well informed about which treatment process we wanted to start with, and what our option were moving forward. It never felt like it was about the finances, but then it came time for us to make payments, we were always well aware of what the total would be, and when it was due. There were never any surprises. The wait times were never long, and were alway consistent with us getting in and out in about 1 hour for routine checks. When things didn't work everyone was very supportive, and we always got to meet with the doctor to discuss how to improve things for next time around. Infertility is very difficult and stressful; the staff at One Fertility made the journey as easy as possible for us, and we are very thankful.

Reception always remembered my name and were easy to work with even though I new to the process. Everybody, from the women at the front desk, to the nurses who take your blood, to the women who do the ultrasounds right up to the doctors, are very kind, welcoming, understanding and open to answering any questions, no matter how small or unimportant it may seem to you. And when they tell you the big scientific words, they always make sure to simplify it, so that you know exactly what is going on with you and your treatment. It was an excellent experience for me that ended with my first pregnancy. Trust me, choose ONE Fertility. You will not regret it.

We are very pleased with one fertility facility and staff, very attentive and helpful. We were successful with IVF the first time we tried, after only one cancelled cycle due to poor ovary response. Dr. Akinsotoo changed our protocol right away and the second cycle which was our first time to go all the way for IVF, we had success. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant, and I could not be happier and more pleased with one fertility after 3 years of struggle. The only advice I have is that be patient and do not give up, talk your concerns with Dr. so he could do adjustment to your treatment, and trust the procedures. You will get results.

We are thankful for the knowledgeable staff at One fertility, who assisted in our fertility journey. We were very lucky to conceive our son, Jackson, on our first round of IUI. We had a couple small issues with the clinic but overall it was a good experience. And I would do it over again in a heartbeat to have another baby! This clinic is the best in Ontario my wife was trying for the last four years to get pregnant and we been other clinic in region it never happened we come to Onefretily She pregnant in first try and Dr Akinsooto is very nice and professional I recommend everyone's.

Had two rounds of IVF at One Fertility; currently 8 months pregnant. I found the clinic clean with caring and friendly staff who were willing to go out of their way in accomodating my needs...from emergency visits to simply switching appointments. The doctor and staff were compassionate and informative when discussing our specific needs. After our first round was unsuccessful he made changes to our medication and added and extra procedure for our second round of IVF. There are times when your appointments will be pushed back and you will have to wait longer to be seen on your visit but there may be a time when everyone's appointment gets pushed back because of you so a little compassion and patience is suggested going in. As it has very little to do with the staff and a lot to do with unforseen circumstances. I would highly recommend this clinic and will be returning in the future.

We were lucky that we managed to become pregnant relatively quickly but still had many appointments over several months; every experience with this office was a good one. We could not have asked for a better team of people to work with. From the moment we started our journey with Doctor Akinsooto in September 2014, we knew that we were in the most capable of hands. Our journey started out on a very positive note with a successful round of IUI, and 9 short months later we were blessed with a beautiful, healthy little boy. Our journey to have our next child was much more challenging. We battled through multiple unsuccessful IUI's, and eventually came to the realization that we were going to have to try IVF. Doctor Akinsooto was so compassionate and patient with us as we made this realization. Every time we met with our doctor, we left feeling heard, informed, and convinced that we were going to be "the lucky one's ". When we were sad, hurt, and confused, Doctor Akinsooto was there to answer our questions, encourage us, and guide us onto the next path. We always felt cared for. Two years later, we are pregnant with our second. There is not a day that goes by that we don't think of Doctor Akinsooto and how grateful we are that he came into our lives. He is the most compassionate, caring and professional doctor I have ever encountered. Thank you Doctor Akinsooto, and the entire team at ONE Fertility Kitchener for giving us a family.

We loved our experience at ONE Fertility in Kitchener. Dr. Akinsooto was so respectful and open minded about our situation. I have PCOS, which makes it hard to track ovulation, and my husband had sperm issues, which Dr. Akinsooto detected with a semen analysis. This determined our course of treatment. Dr. Akinsooto was very conscious of our budget and the fact that our health benefits didn't cover any fertility drugs. Our plan was to start with the most natural, cost effective, method first, and go from there. Our third and final attempt with Plan 1, the super natural and cost effective method worked!! I am now 14 weeks pregnant and we are so ecstatic. I am so thankful for the help of this team. They made our dreams come true! And the staff all around were SUPER friendly and supportive. The lady doing bloodwork (who I think is now off on maternity leave) was so lovely. She never had an issue finding my veins and made the experience of having blood drawn such a breeze. There's a new lady there taking over her spot who doesn't do very well. She can never find a vein on me. The ultrasound tech that saw us was also so very nice. I got to get to know her during my time here. And she made a guess at the gender at our 10 week scan + asked us to come back once we knew and let her know if she was right. In 2 weeks we'll get to come in and update her!! The only negative about this place was the long wait times. You come in with a full bladder for an ultrasound and have to wait 45 minutes to get seen. Not ideal but I think they're working on this. All in all, I would come back again in a heartbeat if we were having issues conceiving for our next child. And I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

This clinic is the best in Ontario my wife was trying for the last four years to get pregnant and we been other clinic in region it never happened we come to Onefretily She pregnant in first try and Dr Akinsooto is very nice and professional I recommend everyone's.

The staff were wonderful. Long wait times a lot of the time. But they seem to know what they are doing.

Dr akinsooto was very helpful, friendly staff, wait times were sometimes a bit long for appointments but other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Overall experience was good. Staff and doctor were supportive and had best interest at heart. They made the necessary adjustments to ensure a successful pregnancy. Would return again!

Wonderful environment, all the staff from front office to Dr. Atkinsooto were friendly and professional. Sometimes the appointments run behind but it's a medical facility, that's to be expected. We were lucky that we managed to become pregnant relatively quickly but still had many appointments over several months; every experience with this office was a good one. Highly recommend seeing them

Highly recommend this facility! The staff is unlike any other, they are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Atkinsooto is amazing and we love them all. They have become like family to us. ❤️

They were very helpful , kind and friendly. I didn't find that it was hard to get a hold of them after lunch but I do know they make a lot of calls then in re. to results. I would highly recommend them.
