Raines has been a pleasure to work with in terms of both customer service and reliability. Their products are reliable and the store staff is actually trained in how to use them, which is helpful if you're someone new to having a pool (and might not know what you're doing ‍). I also like that they are a small business.

Raines Pool Service is from top to bottom the best in Bucks County. The owners,foreman and all employees are easy to work with. Their knowledge of pools,hot tubs,etc is paramount. The equipment they use,install and sell is top of the line. They always communicate well and are very responsive and well organized. I would never trust anyone other than Raines to service our pool. So I never take the time to write reviews ( some times I feel guilty about that because there are some people working hard to serve their customers). However I just felt compelled to take a minute to post one about Raines. They just go to far above and beyond. Seems like every time I run in there and I'm in a hurry. They always stop everything they are doing to help me find what I need even if it takes them figuring out what it is half the time. They always have what I need and more a very fair price It's almost embarrassing that the gals running the retail end of things know more about my pool equipment than I do but I'm glad they do If you haven't tried Raines yet you should.
