Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality This is by far the best MedSpa on the peninsula. The staff are professional and courteous with acute attention to detail. I highly recommend going there to be pampered and well taken care of.

Positive: Quality I have been going to Skin Spirit for many years. The majority of the time I see Karen Fernandez who is amazing. I also see Lynn Bartels and Mercedes and they are Great! Everybody at the front desk is always very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this place

I had my biannual ultherapy session with Michelle at the Palo Alto clinic. She was professional, warm and attentive. The process itself isn’t the most comfortable but I felt completely at ease as Michelle really helped to make sure It went as smoothly as possible. My skin is usually very sensitive, feisty & moody. That fact you would have never known after seeing my skin post facial... could have modeled for Vogue magazine cover immediately post facial. I drove 2 hours to see Amber after recommendation from my neighbor (who is a professional model). I will be back soon. Thank-you, Amber & Palo Alto SkinSpirit for an awesome outcome & your TLC!!

Due to Covid-19, I was hesitant to make an appointment. I am very pleased that I did. I had been sheltering in place for 2-ish months now, so I felt safe but I wasn’t sure what measures they had it place for their clientele. I see Michelle Gonzales for Botox. She was practically in a hazmat suit when I walked in lol...eye protection, N-95 mask, hair protection, gloves, and head to toe gown! She told me she disinfects her room after each appointment. Before my appointment I had to use the bathroom but I had to wait because they disinfect the bathroom after each person uses it too! They have new HVAC filters in each room. On top of that they do a cleaning every 30 minutes of the entire facility. Oh! And they provide gloves and a mask for anyone who wants one! What else... oh, they don’t let anyone in until their appointment so there is no waiting area. Really felt safe in there... so glad I went because now it gives me an idea of what I should do when I reopen my office after summer.
