I made an appointment a few weeks in advance for a facial and it was worth the wait. From first stepping inside it feels like a true spa experience with the ambiance and the excellent customer service you receive from all the staff. Allison was helping me and we did a skin consultation where we went over my skin history and she looked over my skin before starting the treatments. She gave me a step by step throughout the facial and consistently asked how the products felt on my skin before continuing. She was professional and also nice to talk to throughout. I felt relaxed afterwards and my skin feels amazing. I'm getting to know my skin more by talking through the products and getting recommendations from Allison. Just make sure you book right when you are done for the next treatment because it fills up fast, which is a good thing because you know they are doing something right! :)

Cynthia is amazing! I had two large cysts on my face and within days of my facial they were both completely gone. She is an acne master! For people struggling with acne, I highly recommend.

Today I experienced my first ever facial and couldn't have been more pleased to have had it done by Cynthia. She made me feel very comfortable about my skin considering it is a big insecurity of mine. She talked to me throughout the process of my facial and told me what she was doing and what the products were going to do for my skin. She listened attentively to my desired outcome and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me what was causing some of my problem areas and how to treat them. I love this salon. The stylist (especially the owner Erica) are artists in what they do. Never, never have I received a more beautiful highlight. Every part of my experience at Skin Spirit Noe Valley was top notch. Booking my appointment was a breeze. The staff at the desk as I checked-in were so friendly and helpful. The waiting area is super relaxing and clean with a jar of snacks, assorted hot teas and water. I saw Talin for my lip filler and I couldn’t be happier. We had a thorough consultation and she let me know what she thought the best option was based on my concerns. She was very attentive and let me know about each step of the process and why we were doing it. After letting me relax for a few minutes while the numbing set in, she began the treatment. She checked in with my comfort level often throughout the whole procedure. At one point she gave me the mirror so I could see the progress which I appreciated very much. When the treatment was complete, Talin let me know what I could expect in the hours and days following and how to best take care of my lips. It has been 3 days and they are looking so good. I know people will want different outcomes, but for me, I wanted a little more volume, hydration, and a couple of deep lines on my upper lip to be less noticeable, while still keeping the integrity of my lips so I still look and feel like me. Talin achieved that perfectly for me. With the entire experience being so pleasant, I will definitely return and try other services as well.
