Last week my account was over drawn due to electronic payments I had not accounted for. They began to add up and by the time I checked my account I was significantly in the red. I went to this branch and Taylor helped me get it taken care of. She listened to me, was receptive to my position, treated me like a person, and put me in direct contact with a manager who resolved the issue. She is a great teller and from what I could tell a good person. Univest needs more employees like her. Thanks for your help!
